2YC whose real name is Samuel Kariboro is a versatile singer based in Port harcourt. He hails from Ogu in Ogu/bolo LGA of Rivers State. He was born in Lagos but grew up in the city of Portharcourt. Apart from music 2YC is the CEO of 2yc.com.ng an entertainment blog, and also the official blogger at iwazi.com.ng. He is also a final year student at the University of Portharcourt. He is the first child in a family of three.
2YC whose music carrier started over a decade ago has never relented in churning out good music but he lack the support to pull through. Singing in mega events alongside stars like Flavour, MI, Wakumzy, Ice prince, etc. In terms of music production 2YC has worked with the likes of DJ West of Kings Records, Chimaga, Sik1, Kingsizer, Uncle Jim, talk tight, R. Jay and lots more. He has also featured the likes of Kingsizer, Flair etc. Some of his songs include Love You More (Ft Jayhvee), Get Money (Ft Kingsize), Jah Hail (Ft DAAS), Wizkid’s Fever Cover etc… 2YC is also a member of comedian KO Baba’s Gospel Gang, organizers of the monthly gospel gang party. After taking a little break due to his school activities the versatile singer came back strong in 2018 with a bang, dropping his fever cover whose audio and viral video has been trending on TV and all over social media for a while. He is also kick-starting 2019 with a bang as he unleashes another hit single titled Stand By You. The singer is leaving no stone unturned as he is set to carve his way to the echelon of Nigerian music.
